1. Agreeing to these terms

By installing or using Prompt Gallery - Ai Image, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app - uninstalling it is all that is required, and nothing is left behind.

Prompt Gallery - Ai Image is operated by Tanzim Studio. Throughout this page, "we" and "us" mean Tanzim Studio, and "you" means the person using the app or the website.

2. What Prompt Gallery - Ai Image is

Prompt Gallery - Ai Image is a library of text prompts for AI image generators, shown alongside an example of what each prompt produced. You browse the gallery, open an image, and copy the prompt behind it.

The app does not generate images. It contains no AI image generator and includes no subscription or credits for any external service. To use a prompt you take it to an AI image tool of your own choosing, under that tool's own terms and at whatever cost that tool charges.

3. Using the app

Prompt Gallery - Ai Image is free to use and needs no account. You may use it for personal or commercial work.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk download or systematically copy the library, whether by hand or with automated tools
• Republish the collection, or a substantial part of it, as your own prompt library, app, website or paid product
• Interfere with the service, attempt to break into it, or work around its rate limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law expressly permits it
• Use the app to create material that is illegal, or that depicts a real person in a way they have not agreed to

We may block access if any of the above happens. Because there are no accounts, that is done at the network level, and it may affect others sharing the same connection - which is why we do it only where it is genuinely warranted.

4. The prompts themselves

You may use any prompt from Prompt Gallery - Ai Image freely, including for commercial work, and you do not need to credit us. A prompt is a set of instructions, and we make no claim over the images you create from one.

We do ask that you do not repackage the library itself - taking prompts to make images is the point of the app; taking the collection to build a competing collection is not.

What you make with a prompt is yours and is your responsibility. The rights to an AI generated image depend on the tool you used and on the law where you live, and neither of those is something we control or can advise you on.

5. Images shown in the app

The example images in Prompt Gallery - Ai Image are published by us to show what a prompt produces. They are illustrations of the prompt, not stock photography, and are not offered for download or resale.

Prompt Gallery - Ai Image carries no user-generated content. Nothing in the app can be uploaded, posted or submitted by a user - every image and every prompt is published by us.

If you believe something in the app infringes your rights, write to us with enough detail to identify it and we will review it and remove it if the claim is sound.

6. AI tools named in the app

Prompts are labelled with the AI image generators they were written for. Those names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Prompt Gallery - Ai Image is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of those companies. The names appear only to tell you which tool a prompt was written for.

7. Advertising

The app is free because it shows advertisements, delivered by Google AdMob. We choose where advertisements appear and how often, but not which advertisements you see - that is decided by Google.

We are not responsible for the content of an advertisement, or for anything you buy from an advertiser. If an advertisement is offensive or misleading, tell us and we will pass it on and block it where we can.

8. Availability and changes

We add prompts, change how the app works, and occasionally remove things. We may also suspend the service for maintenance, or stop offering it entirely.

The app needs an internet connection to load new content. Prompts you have already opened remain readable offline; prompts you have saved stay on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.

We do not promise the service will always be available or free of faults. It is provided as it is.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Prompt Gallery - Ai Image - including lost profits, lost work, or the cost of credits spent at an AI image tool on a result you did not want.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and the current version always lives at this address. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use Prompt Gallery - Ai Image after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
